Ramon Sessions
CEO and Founder
Ramon Sessions is a native of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and graduated from Myrtle Beach High School in 2004. He attended the University of Nevada-Reno from 2004-2007, and in 2007, Ramon was drafted by the Milwaukee Bucks. During his tenure in the NBA, he was afforded the opportunity to play for multiple NBA teams, over an 11-year time span.
While in the NBA, Ramon became quite the philanthropist, giving back to the communities that he holds dear, as well as making many charitable donations to others. In 2016, Ramon donated $1 million dollars to his Alma Mater, the University of Nevada-Reno, which was used to build the Ramon Sessions Basketball Performance Center to serve student-athletes. He also joined the Boys and Girls Club of the Grand Strand where he serves as an active Board Member and also made a charitable donation to the organization, which afforded them the opportunity to build a new Boys and Girls Club facility entirely.
In August 2019, Ramon made the decision to retire from the NBA after acquiring a wealth of knowledge both on and off the court. As of September 2019, in a twist of fate and chance, Ramon quickly found himself back into the NBA family, where he worked in the front office and served as the Director of Player Development and Basketball Operations for two years, for the New Orleans Pelicans.
While his post-NBA career journey could have taken him anywhere, Ramon ultimately decided that it would be more fitting for him to become an agent and create his own boutique-style Agency, so that he could use all of the many lessons that he has learned throughout his career and give back to the game and to other young men, in a different and more meaningful way. Although there are over 750 agents who are certified to represent NBA players, there are only a handful of former NBA players who have chosen to take on this role to represent the next generation, and Ramon is one of them.
Shaun Hickombottom
Chief Operating Officer
Shaun Hickombottom joins On Time Agency with 16 years of experience working in the NBA. Most recently, he was the Director of Player and Team Services for the Chicago Bulls. In this role, he supported players’ professional, personal, and social development, implemented NBA player development initiatives and programming, and built strong one-on-one relationships with the Chicago Bulls players, their families, agents, and business associates. Shaun also managed team travel and logistics.
Prior to his role as the Director of Player and Team Services, he spent eight years in the Chicago Bulls Public and Media Relations Department and two years in the Milwaukee Bucks Public Relations Department. Shaun graduated from Marquette University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising. He, and his wife, Courtney, reside in Chicago with their daughter, Sophia, and dog, Beau.
Angela Robinson
Executive Assistant
Angela Robinson is a highly skilled and efficient Executive Assistant with a track record of providing exceptional administrative support to high-level executives. With her excellent time management and organizational skills, Angela is able to manage complex calendars, prioritize emails and phone calls, arrange meetings and business events, and more, ensuring that the CEO's day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Born and raised in the beautiful city of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Angela studied Early Childhood Education at Horry Georgetown Technical College before embarking on her career as an Executive Assistant. She takes great pride in her community and is dedicated to giving back whenever possible. Angela's commitment to excellence and her passion for helping others make her an invaluable member of the On Time Agency team. She is a mom of three daughters and happily married to her husband; family is her everything.
Ticha Penicheiro
Vice President and Head of Women’s Basketball
Ticha Penicheiro, a native of Portugal, carved out one of the most illustrious careers in WNBA history, before transitioning to a successful role as a sports agent. Ticha starred at Old Dominion University, where she led the Lady Monarchs to an NCAA championship game appearance and left an indelible mark with her playmaking skills.
Drafted by the Sacramento Monarchs in 1998, Ticha quickly established herself as one of the premier guards in the league, earning four WNBA All-Star appearances and securing the WNBA assists title multiple times. Her on-court success was highlighted by leading the Monarchs to their first and only WNBA Championship in 2005. Her storied career not only earned her induction into the Hall of Fame but also recognition as one of the Top 25 WNBA Players of All-Time, celebrating her profound impact on and off the court.
Post-retirement, Ticha turned her passion for basketball into a career in representation, spending over a decade at SIG Sports as the Director of Women’s Basketball. There, she was pivotal in managing and mentoring top talent in the WNBA and across various international leagues, leveraging her extensive experience as a player to offer unparalleled insights and advocacy for her clients. Ticha is also an active WNBA & FIBA certified agent.
In her new role, Ticha brings a player-first perspective that enhances the agency's innovative player-driven model. She is dedicated to shaping the next generation of women in sports through strategic career planning and holistic personal development.
Dr. Navin Hettiarachchi Ph.D, DNM
Director of Health and Wellness
Dr. Navin Hettiarachchi is a highly accomplished and world-renowned healthcare professional with a Doctorate and Ph.D. in Natural Medicine. With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Navin has worked with a diverse clientele, including elite athletes, young adults, seniors, and celebrities.
Renowned for his expertise in treating individuals who have explored all avenues of healing, including surgeries, therapies, and medications, Dr. Navin is sought after for his ability to provide solutions that lead to accelerated healing, a pain-free life, and optimal mental and physical performance.
What sets Dr. Navin apart is his comprehensive and innovative approach, which combines allopathic, homeopathic, and wellness techniques tailored to each patient's unique needs. His track record of achievements includes helping individuals regain an active lifestyle and experience relief from long-standing ailments.
Prior to establishing his independent practice, Dr. Navin served as the Director of Health, Wellness, and Performance for the Washington Wizards NBA team for 17 years. He also contributed his expertise to the Washington Commanders NFL team and the Washington Mystics WNBA team for 8 years, focusing on their health, wellness, and performance needs. With a passion for providing exceptional care, Dr. Navin offers hands-on healthcare directly at his patients' preferred location for added comfort.
Aaron Pearlstein
Director of Analytics and Operations
Aaron Pearlstein is a seasoned professional with a wealth of expertise and experience that greatly enriches his role at On Time Agency. His profound understanding of player scouting and negotiation strategies across various sports enables him to maximize the potential and success of our esteemed clients.
With a notable background on the staff of the Tulane Men's Basketball team and previous work with the UNLTD Sports Group, Aaron brings a unique perspective and invaluable insights to our agency. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies and Real Estate, in addition to a Master's in Business Analytics from Tulane University, Aaron's educational accomplishments further strengthen his ability to deliver exceptional results in the sports industry.
Dutchess Reed
Director of Client Services
Dutchess Reed is an experienced business professional with a proven history in client and family services. Her extensive background in this field, combined with her natural ability to build lasting relationships, makes her a valuable asset to our agency. With her superb communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to understand and cater to client and family needs, Dutchess has consistently shown herself to be a reliable and motivated leader who delivers results.
In her previous roles, she was known for her ability to anticipate client’s needs before they arise, providing a seamless experience that exceeds expectations. Her exceptional skills and proactive approach to problem-solving ensure that all client and family needs are met with the utmost care and attention.
Originally from California, Dutchess currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia. In her role as Director of Client Services, she will oversee all aspects of our agency's client and family services, ensuring they receive the highest level of support possible.
